Order process.

Order process:

1) Once you have found the products that you would like to purchase or would like to enquire about a product that is not on our website, please get in touch with us via the email address, ask a question link, WhatsApp or social media. 

2) We will then get back to you with all of the relevant information such as estimated arrival date, price (if any changes are being made to the product displayed or purchasing a product not yet displayed) ect.

3) Once you are happy with the information that has been provided, a payment method can then be agreed upon. Payments can be made via direct bank transfer, Cheque or soon Paypal.

4) The Product/Products will be sent via 48 hour tracked delivery once they are completed. All products are made to order so a lead time/ Waiting list may be in place. 

The decision to make the order process this way is so that as a business there is as much transparency as possible with our customers and so that we can provide all necessary information before a payment is taken. Doing it this way also means that the price for multi-product orders can also be adjusted if possible to give you the cheapest price.
