Terms and conditions

 Using the NeldArt website- WWW.NeldArt.co.uk and any of its services implies the acceptance of our company’s terms and conditions. Please read the terms and conditions before placing an order. Once an order is placed it is automatically assumed that you accept the terms and conditions therefore both parties have to abide by this agreement. The terms and conditions will be emailed to you along with a receipt within an hour of ordering if between the hours of 9am and 7pm. Any orders made after 7pm will receive these details at the beginning of the next day. If you are uncertain of any terms and conditions please email enquiries@NeldArt.co.ukwith your enquiries.

General terms 

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” are used to refer to NeldArt and the terms “customer” and “you” are used to refer to the buyer/consumer of the product

Resale or third-party supply

The products supplied by NeldArt are for personal/customer use only and are not permitted for resale but can be used as a gift. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person or company which we believe to be reselling our products. If you are interested in re-selling our products on a larger scale, please contact us in advance to discuss this. We do not permit the reproduction or copying of any products, website or social media material outside of our own official pages.

Whilst NeldArt retains full image rights on anything that we produce, we are happy for any customers to use the image of their purchased artwork for any non-commercial purpose this does include displaying the image on social media. 

Delivery policy 

Once an order is complete all products will be dispatched via a courier and will require a signature on delivery. Once the items have been dispatched an email will be sent  to the email address provided on the order which will include an estimated arrival date and all of the shipping information so that the order can be tracked.

Modifications

Once an order is placed the customer will have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations to an order free of charge. The 24 hours will begin once the order has been successfully placed. After this time there may be a charge to modify, change or cancel the order. Once a product has been started a materials and labour fee will be deducted from any refunds as the items will no longer be usable for future products.

Payment methods

We have many payment methods available to use such as PayPal, direct bank transfer or cash/Cheque. The order will only be started once the payment has cleared. This does mean that there may be a wait time for the product to be started if paying by cash/cheque. 

If a specific payment method is not available on the platform that you are interesting in purchasing from then please email enquiries@neldart.co.uk and we will try our best to provide you with the desired payment method. 

Cancellation of order and refund policy

If a cancellation is made within the 24 hours allocated window for changes or cancellations than a full refund will be given.

If a cancellation is made before the product is dispatched then a refund will be given however a materials and labour fee will be deducted from any refunds based on the fact that the materials will be no longer usable and the time allocated to the product needs to be compensated.

If a cancellation is made after the product has been dispatched then a refund will be given however a materials, labour and postage fee will be deducted from any refunds based on the fact that the materials will be no longer usable, the time allocated to the product needs to be compensated and the delivery expense is non refundable. A refund will be processed once the product is returned to NeldArt at the address provided. The product must be returned in the condition that you received it and the return postage will be at your own cost and risk.

No returns will be permitted after 30 days of receiving the product.

Use of finished products

We may display finished products on our website, social media pages or other marketing and promotional avenues such as brochures. Images displayed on our website are also shared to our social media pages where other viewers/customers may share our content on their own personal pages.

We will always ask for the customers permission before displaying any personal images such as portraits to our website, social media pages or other marketing/promotional avenues. Any portraits or personal images that we produce for the customer will not contain any personal details eg real name or age. Only the image produced and potentially the image provided by the customer will be displayed as long as we have the suitable permissions to do so.
